Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.
- Remove the meatballs from the oven and pour the tomato sauce over the top. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Return the meatballs to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
