How To Make Chicken Parmesan Meatballs

 Here is a recipe for Chicken Parmesan Meatballs:



Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.
  5. Remove the meatballs from the oven and pour the tomato sauce over the top. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Return the meatballs to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve the meatballs over spaghetti, garnished with fresh basil or parsley if desired. Enjoy!
